BACKhaus Bakery is dedicated to the production of fine European breads from original recipes. Production premises in Melbourne, Victoria, enables us to continually develop a range of products from specialty loaves of different sizes and shapes, to a large variety of rolls for sandwiches to dinner rolls.
With a commitment to using only the finest ingredients, our breads are healthier because our ingredients are all natural, we reduce the use of fat and salt and ensure high fibre content. With sourdough a key ingredient in most of our products and a long fermentation process, our breads feature a rich texture and a high nutrition, demanded by today’s market.
